In your quotes, use your suppliers’ current daily rates, including your personal discounts. You set the margins yourself.
Material prices in the construction industry fluctuate—sometimes on a weekly basis. A quote you prepared three weeks ago using outdated prices could suddenly result in a significant loss. Easybox solves this by linking directly to the catalogs of major construction suppliers such as Cebeo, Defranq, Rexel, and others. The prices that appear in your quote are always the current daily prices.
And most importantly: Easybox uses your own account with the supplier. That means all the personal discounts—which you've built up over the years—are automatically factored into the price you see. Not the list price, but your net price.
Live prices are one thing, but your margin is another story. In Easybox, you can set your margin per product, per product group, or as a general rule. You choose whether to display net, net-plus-margin, or gross prices on your quote—depending on what you want to show the customer.
Is the supplier price going up? If so, Easybox automatically adjusts the selling price based on your preset margin. Is the price going down? Same thing. You can always be sure that you won't sell below cost and that your margin will be maintained.

The price you specified in the quote when you created it remains the quoted price for the customer—that’s what you promised them. But for a new quote, the system always uses the current daily rate. This way, you never run the risk of approaching a new customer with outdated calculations.
Let the Easybox team know via support or during a demo. The supplier catalog is continuously expanded based on market demand. In the meantime, you can manually add products from that supplier to your product list and use them just as easily in your quotes.
